TWO: If you are a food vendor, you must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance valued at a minimum of $1 Million with the following Named Insured Info on it:

All Food Vendors will be also be required to obtain and pay for ( if necessary ) a Temporary Food Establishment Permit from the County.

Vendors serving food must be permitted by the state of North Carolina.

THREE: Ready your online payment option, as well as your EIN or 501(c)3 number if you’re a non-profit.

ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE PLANT BASED

To participate as a vendor, you must fill out a vendor application form, explain what type of business you are, and what type of vegan products and/or services you will be showcasing to ensure a great reception by our attendees. You will find a link to the vendor application form above.

At our Veg Fests, we seek to draw different types of vendors with different types of spaces at different price points. Below is a list of possibilities.

All booths are 10’X10′ unless noted otherwise. If you don’t see an option that suits your business or organization, please contact us at aplantbaseddiet.org@gmail.com to inquire about special accommodations.

Early Bird Discount Pricing! $50 SAVINGS!

Food Vendor: $80
*Any vendor that “sells or gives away anything fit for human consumption”
Products and/or Services: $55
Non-profit and/or Educational: $25
Artist: $25
Farmer: $25 with all money refunded the day after the event
Animal Rescue: $25 with all money refunded the day after the event
Government Agency, School Group or Food Bank: $25 with all money refunded the day after the event

Festival Open to the Public: 10AM-3PM
Take Down: 3PM-4PM
